Adding MOFIRs to Your Business Plan

Here’s what you need to know about MOFIRs to unlock your business.

I’m here to discuss a popular term in the real estate world: MOFIR. It stands for “Make Offer for Immediate Response.” MOFIRs are widely used in marketing, and you’ve likely encountered them in commercials or advertisements. They serve as a call to entice people to take immediate action, such as getting a free item or attending an event.

Recently, I’ve been involved in an organization rolling out a national program that encourages agents to participate. However, it made me wonder why more people aren’t creating their own exclusive marketing programs or MOFIRs. At Power by Impact, we partner with real estate teams across the U.S., offering a suite of MOFIRs as part of our services.

Whether you’re with Power by Impact or operating independently, I recommend creating your own MOFIR programs. It’s a relatively simple process, and we’ll be hosting a class soon to guide you through it. Here are three smart tips to get you started:

1. Identify the pain points of your clients or fellow agents. Pay attention to what they complain about or struggle with.

2. Find solutions to address those problems as a real estate agent, team, or brokerage.

3. Market your MOFIR program effectively. Remember that while you may receive numerous inquiries, only a fraction will convert into actual users.

If you’re interested in learning more about creating your own MOFIR program, join our upcoming class. It will provide valuable insights and detailed information on the process and marketing strategies. Call or email us if you’re interested; I guarantee it will be worth your time.
